This is so cool

Ok since the beginning of '09 I've been on a mission to lose some weight and tone my body up. (I've lost about 3 pounds so far but my body has changed from what I can see.) I was watching TV the other day and saw a commercial about this weightloss challenge. I decided to check it out, because I figured if I'm keeping a daily log of what I'm doing it will work and it has. So I'm going to pass on the info to you in the hopes that it will help.

I Am Blessed

GOD has kept me here for a reason. I've survived because he has a plan for me. All my bad relationships, the death of my loved ones, the back stabbing from my friends, the negative thoughts or lack of support, I've made it because I am truly blessed. I release and let go of all past hurts, misunderstandings, and grudges because I am blessed!

New Year's Resolution

Here's my New Year's Resolutions:

1. Workout at least 3 times a week...no excuses (I need to lose a few pounds)

2. Eat healthier

3. Save more

4. Try to have more patience

How do you know?

I'm constantly asked, "How do you know he/she is the one?". So I've decided to write about it. (LORD knows I'm no relationship expert but this is how I know I've finally found the person that was sent to me to spend the rest of my days with.)

You'll know that the person you're with is the one by the choices you make for yourself because they will be to better both of you. You'll know because the little things that irked you when someone else did them doesn't bother you in the least and even when they do you can't help but smile to yourself and say, "that's my baby". You'll know because you can't see yourself without them. You'll know because they've given you a certain swagger about yourself. You'll know because every time you see them it never ever gets old. You'll know because if you argue, 2 minutes later you're talking to each other like nothing happened. You'll know because loving them makes you feel like you can save the entire world. You'll know because this person has your back and you have theirs...no questions asked.

Acceptance

Since when has it been okay for anyone to pass judgement on the way someone lives their life? As long as it doesn't harm you I believe you should keep your mouth shut. I believe when "friends" judge you for simply living your life it hurts but when family pass judgement it doesn't just hurt, it burns and leaves a scar in your heart.........FOREVER. I say if you don't agree with someones lifestyle don't be fake or phony, it only prolongs the hurt. Thoughts?!
